MSERRNT Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in relation to the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as "the Services").

- When personal information is jointly used with a specific party, and the individual is notified in advance or it is made readily accessible to the individual of the items jointly used, scope of users, purpose of use, and the party responsible for managing the information
Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
- When requested by the individual, the Company will promptly disclose their personal information. However, all or part of the information may not be disclosed if any of the following apply, and in such cases, the Company will notify the individual without delay. A fee of 1,000 yen per request may apply:
- If disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the individual or a third party
- If it may significantly hinder the proper execution of the Company’s operations
- If it would violate laws and regulations
- That the purpose of use includes provision to third parties
- The types of personal data to be shared with third parties
- The method or means of sharing personal data with third parties
- That individuals may request us to stop providing their personal data to third parties
- How to submit a request to stop third-party sharing
- Note that non-personal information such as historical or characteristic data will generally not be disclosed.
Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
- If a user finds that their personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the user may request correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as “Correction, etc.”) via a procedure specified by the Company.
- If the Company determines that it is necessary to comply with the request, it will promptly carry out the Correction, etc. and notify the user accordingly.
- Company makes a correction, addition, or deletion based on the above request, or decides not to do so, we will notify the user without delay.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information)
- If the Company is requested by the individual to suspend or erase use of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") on the grounds that the data is handled beyond the scope of the stated purpose, or was obtained by improper means, the Company will conduct a necessary investigation promptly.
- If the Company determines that the request is justified, it will promptly suspend use and notify the user.
- If the Company suspends or deletes the use of personal information based on the preceding provision, or decides not to do so, we will notify the user without delay.
- Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if the suspension or deletion of use would require significant cost or is otherwise difficult to carry out, we will take alternative measures if such measures are necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user.
Article 9 (Amendment of Privacy Policy)
- Unless otherwise stipulated by law or in this Policy, the Company may revise the content of this Policy without prior notice to users.
- Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Policy shall take effect once posted on this website.
